Shipping Policy

Effective November 7, 2026. This policy explains delivery for orders placed with Rivetwilow.

Destination & currency

We currently ship to the United States. Prices and shipping charges are in US dollars (USD). Checkout shows the options available for your address and items; an unavailable option cannot be requested by selecting another destination.

Shipping charges

The threshold is calculated after discounts on merchandise, before shipping and taxes. Applying a discount can change whether an order qualifies for free standard shipping.

Processing plus transit

Processing: 5–10 business days before dispatch. Standard US transit: an additional 10–15 business days after dispatch. The periods are added, for an estimated total of 15–25 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays affecting processing or the carrier.

Expedited service does not eliminate processing time. We do not promise an unconfirmed expedited transit duration or guaranteed delivery date. Estimates may change due to weather, carrier disruption, customs or address issues.

Confirmation & tracking

Order confirmation is sent to your checkout email. When tracking is issued, use the carrier link in the shipping notification. Initial tracking events may appear after the carrier's first scan. Contact us if an expected shipping notification or tracking update is missing.

Addresses, changes & cancellations

Check your address before ordering. Email service@rivetwilow.com promptly with your order number for a correction or cancellation. We will check whether it is still possible; changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. An undeliverable or returned parcel may require an address correction and agreed reshipping arrangements.

Delays, loss or damage

If tracking is delayed, says delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and relevant details. Check safe places and household recipients first. Keep the packaging and photos of damage where possible. We will investigate with the carrier and agree an appropriate resolution, subject to your legal rights. Do not discard an item needed for the claim before receiving instructions.

Taxes & duties

Applicable taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout. Any import charge not collected at checkout may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier where legally applicable. We do not represent an unlisted duty as prepaid.
