Effective November 7, 2026. These terms govern use of Rivetwilow and purchases from Hangzhou Deyuan Zhongman Network Technology Co., Ltd..

Using the store

Use the website lawfully, provide accurate information and keep any account credentials secure. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, infringe others' rights or submit malicious content. Purchasers must be legally able to enter the transaction.

Products & presentation

Read the product listing and supplied instructions before choosing or using furniture. Styled scenes are illustrative, and props are not included unless expressly listed. Screen settings can affect colors. Images do not establish dimensions, materials, load limits, certifications or testing results. If information needed for a safe, suitable purchase is missing, contact us before ordering.

Do not stand, jump or climb on furniture, use it on unstable ground or use it beyond confirmed limits. Keep clear of flames, hot equipment and pinch points. Follow the actual assembly, locking, care and storage instructions supplied with the item.

Prices & payment

Store prices are in USD. Applicable shipping and taxes are displayed at checkout. Promotions may have additional conditions. We may change future prices or correct an error. If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you about correction or cancellation as appropriate rather than imposing an unexpected charge.

Orders & cancellation

Submitting an order does not guarantee that it can be fulfilled. Payment processing, stock availability and order checks may affect acceptance. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and handle any collected payment appropriately. Contact us promptly for changes or cancellation; once fulfillment has begun, a change may no longer be possible. We do not promise that a displayed configuration quantity proves a verified physical stock count.

Delivery & returns

Our Shipping Policy explains US delivery, charges and estimates. Processing is 5–10 business days and standard transit is a further 10–15 business days. These periods are added together. Our Return Policy explains requests made within 30 days of receipt, return postage and refund processing. These policies form part of the purchase information and do not override mandatory legal rights.

Intellectual property & third parties

Website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may browse and use the store for personal shopping, but may not reproduce protected content for commercial use without permission. Third-party links and services are subject to their own terms; a link is not a guarantee of their content or availability.

Privacy & service limits

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing. We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for indirect losses and service interruption is limited. No term excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with disputes subject to a competent court at the company's location, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. You retain mandatory consumer protections and any rights to a local forum available under the law that applies to you.
